
Tri-Cities Baseball will follow the rules of Major League Baseball, as reported in the most current edition of the Sporting News, as well as the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) National and Texas USSSA rules unless otherwise specified in Tri-Cities Baseball & Softball General Rules and Regulations.
The order of precedence is as follows:

- NFHS Rules
- MLB rules
Respectively, Tri-Cities Softball will follow the rules of Major League Softball, as well as the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) unless otherwise specified in Tri-Cities Baseball & Softball General Rules and Regulations.
