Spring Season News

Spring 2026 at TCBSA

We heard you—loud and clear—and we want to start by saying thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our surveys and share feedback. Your input truly matters and helps guide the direction of Tri-Cities Baseball & Softball Association as we move into Spring 2026.

Our Board Members, along with their contact links, can be found in the About Us section of our website. Anyone involved in the league—parents, coaches, players, or volunteers—is encouraged to reach out to any board member at any time with questions, concerns, or ideas. Open communication is important to us.

Umpires & Game Experience
Our umpires come from a third-party organization, Over The Plate Umpires. All umpires are required to attend training, but as we all know, calls won’t always be agreed upon. We recognize that officiating can sometimes lead to positive experiences—and sometimes frustrating ones.
We strongly encourage everyone to complete the Umpire Survey, for both good and bad experiences. This feedback is critical in helping the umpire organization understand what’s working and where improvements are needed.

Equipment Swap – Coming in February
We’ll be hosting an equipment swap in February, so start gathering any gently used gear that still has some life left! If you need equipment but don’t have anything to swap, that’s perfectly okay—come out and see what’s available. Our goal is to help all kids play the game.

Feedback
Now you can submit feedback on coaches and board members throughout the season. Any feedback, no matter how minor, helps us address issues as they occur. This helps us be aware of any issues as they are happening so we can come up with a perfect solution! Just head to our webiste and click the Feedback Forms tab.

Volunteer-Run League
TCBSA is 100% volunteer-run. If you’re interested in getting involved and helping make a difference—big or small—please reach out so we can connect. We are always grateful for those willing to step up.

Again, thank you for the feedback, and please keep it coming. It helps us better understand what’s happening across the league, where we can improve, and what we’re doing right as we continue building a positive experience for our players and families.
